Dates & Costs
Did you know that Japanese language schools in Japan have four key start dates per year?
The start date you choose not only determines when you begin your studies but also the maximum duration of your visa. For example, if you start in April, you can opt for a full 2-year program, which is the maximum duration allowed. However, if you choose July, October, or January, the visa duration will match the length of your selected course, ranging from 1 year and 3 months to 1 year and 9 months.
April (2 years): Ideal for those starting from scratch and preparing for university studies or specialized jobs.
July (1 year and 9 months): Covers the full course content with additional flexibility.
October (1 year and 6 months): Perfect for those looking for an intensive program to accelerate their learning.
January (1 year and 3 months): A shorter duration but still focused on achieving great results.
The total course costs include study materials, textbooks, extended insurance, and the KAI Digital Learning System fee.
All students must have an iPad for classes. The rental fee for the iPad is 12,000 yen per term, which is not included in the total course cost. You can bring your own iPad, but it must be an iPad, iPad Air, or iPad Pro that is less than 3 years old.
