Start researching your options: city, duration, visa, school, and more. Contact us if you have any questions to start your application.
8 Months Before
Start studying Japanese. You need 150 hours of study to meet the visa requirements. You can do this at a language institution or with our online course.
7 to 6 Months Before
Submit your application documents and pay the school fee to secure your place.
3 to 1 Month Before
Pay the tuition fee at the chosen school. Book your flight.
2 Months Before
Consider your accommodation options and book your place.
1 Month Before
Receive your COE (Certificate of Eligibility) and send it to your Japanese embassy to obtain your student visa for Japan. Start packing!
Arriving in Japan
Settle into your accommodation, register your residence at the district office, and enroll in health insurance. School starts!
